Integrus Architecture has promoted Lindsay Aaseby, Colin Anderson and Katie Vingelen to associates in the firm’s Spokane office. Aaseby and Vingelen are interior designers and Anderson is a project manager.

Education

Washington State University has named Tom Kawula as the director of the Paul G. Allen School for Global Animal Health, effective Oct. 1. Kawula currently serves as a professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

The Coeur d’Alene Tribe has made a $10,000 donation to the University of Idaho’s Office of Tribal Relations. The donation will support scholarships for graduate students from the Coeur d’Alene Tribe or for those who are working with tribal communities.

Nonprofit

Asuris Northwest Health has made a $100,000 donation to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Spokane. This donation will help to provide temporary lodging in Spokane for families and improve access to medical and dental care in central Washington.

The Palouse Choral Society has named Sarah Graham as artistic and music director. Graham is an assistant professor of music at Lewis-Clark State College. She earned a doctoral degree in choral conducting from Michigan State University.

Spokane Symphony Associates has been named a recipient of the Classic Award from the Volunteer Council of the League of American Orchestras in recognition of their successful and continuous fundraising project, Christmas Tree Elegance, which is in its 34th year. In addition, the organization has been selected for two Roundtable Awards for both Christmas Tree Elegance and the weekly Bulletin Board.
