Man accused of indecent exposure the day after being released from jail on the same charge

After spending a day in the Spokane County Jail for allegedly exposing himself to children, a 46-year-old man was arrested again on suspicion of masturbating outside an office building, according to a news release from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Mikhail G. Karpov was booked into jail May 31 on suspicion of four counts of indecent exposure.

He was arrested again Monday after a woman told authorities about the June 1 office incident.

Another victim told detectives she recognized Karpov as the man who drove up to her at a bus stop last year, masturbating in the driver’s seat, the release says.

Karpov is back in jail on a $50,000 bond.
