Magnuson, McHugh and Co. has named Cynthia Beaulaurier and Anthony Oss as shareholders of the firm. Beaulaurier has been with the firm since 2012 and serves as the manager of retirement plan services. Oss has been with the firm since 2010 and serves as manager of the tax services department.


Gary M. Pollack has been reappointed dean of the Washington State University College of Pharmacy in Spokane through 2021. Pollack has served as dean of the school since 2010.


Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories has been listed in Fortune’s 15 Best Workplaces in Manufacturing and Production. This is the second year SEL has been named to the list. To be named to the list, companies must achieve consistently high rankings in multiple areas from employee surveys.

The Spokane office of Trindera Engineering, an electrical and control systems engineering and consulting firm, is now at 204 N. Division St.


STCU has hired Sherry Wallis as a community development officer based in the University District and Post Falls branches. The credit union also promoted Jamie Anderson to manager of the Cheney branch. Previously, Wallis was executive director of the Post Falls Food Bank. Anderson previously was an assistant manager at the Northtown Square branch.


Spokane County Superior Court has named Ashley Callan as court administrator. Callan has been with the Spokane County court system since 2003 and previously served as the juvenile court coordinator.


Quality Inn Downtown 4th Avenue has been named a recipient of the 2016 Gold Hospitality Award from Choice Hotels International in recognition of high ratings in guest satisfaction, the second year the hotel has received the award.
