Obituary: Mallery-Sacco, Kathleen

(Age 93)

Kathleen Mallery-Sacco, was born in Spokane on May 17, 1922, to Bert and Hazel Kemmery.

She graduated from Garfield grade school, Havermale Jr. High, North Central High, Stephens College in Columbia, MO, and the University of Idaho in 1946, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority.

She also graduated from The Chic School of Fashion Design in New York City, and Sacred Heart School of Nursing in Spokane.

In 1946, she was married to Gordon Ross and had two children, Brian Ross and Megan Beach who preceded her in death.

In 1970, she was married to John Mallery and is survived by step-daughter Lisa Dillon of Bellingham.

Mr. Mallery died in 1986.

In 1990, she married Ernie Sacco of Spokane.

He died in 1999.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Northwest Chapter (Inland Office), 25 W Nora Ave #100, Spokane, WA 99205.

There will be no services.
