Obituary: Bay, Sandi Marie (Walker)

Age 59

BAY, Sandi Marie (Walker)
July 6, 1956 ~ March 20, 2016

Some individuals come into our lives for but a moment and leave an indelible mark.

SANDI was that person.

Gone way too soon, SANDI passed as a result of complications from a recent hospitalization in Washington State.
SANDI graduated from Silverton High School in 1974 and settled in Oregon to raise her family.

Later she moved to Washington State to be close to her sons and their families and settled there.
SANDI was a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend.
Nothing she did was halfhearted.

She was passionate about her love of family and football (Go Seahawks).

You could not find anyone more devoted to those she cared for.
SANDI was recently blessed with the birth of a new grandson only days before her passing and she was overjoyed.
SANDI is survived by her father, Richard Bay; sons Dolan and Dean Walker; and was the only sister to brothers: Richard, Todd and Steven.

Sandi was preceded in death by her mother, Carolee Grace Bay.
Sandi had a rich extended family, which included her step-mother, Lynn; daughter-in-law Heather Walker and two children, Emory and Everett; grandson, James Robert; sisters-in-law Konnie (Richard) and Shelley (Steven); followed by niece and nephews, Taylor, Thomas, Connor, Sarah, and Daniel.
SANDI had many lifelong friends who loved her deeply, Sandi was invested totally in those she loved, no one could ask for more and her laugh will live in our hearts as long as they beat.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and notification will be posted.
The family asks that you take a moment; hug those you love and tell them again and again how much they mean to you.

We can never hear those words too many times.

Sandi ended all visits and phone calls with “I Love You” and there was no doubt to us!
