Neighbors remember boy fondly

Neighbors in Post Falls fondly remember the young boy who died after being struck by a car on Monday. Phillip Geisinger, 8, was struck and killed while riding his bike in his neighborhood. Authorities identified the driver of the vehicle as 22-year-old Chadd W. Webster of Post Falls.
