Men’s golf: Gonzaga’s Sean Walsh selected as individual qualifier for NCAA regional in Tucson, Arizona

Gonzaga’s Sean Walsh was selected as an individual qualifier for the first portion of the NCAA Championships, which open play May 16 with regional rounds at the Gallery Golf Club in Marana, Arizona. Walsh joins former GU player James Fahy as the only Zags to qualify for the NCAA regionals.

    • Big Sky champion Idaho will participate in the three-day Marquette Regional tournament, which starts May 16 and will be played at the Blackwolf Run Meadow Valley’s Course in Kohler, Wisconsin.
