City Hall at The Spokane Valley Mall

Scouts often visit Spokane Valley City Council meetings. This troop got to sit in the hot seats prior to the meeting on April 26. (We were unable to track down who the scouts are. If you know, please email me at piah@spokesman.com).

Spokane Valley elected officials and staff will host an open house at Spokane Valley Mall on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mayor Rod Higgins will give a state of the city address at 11 a.m. and there will be exhibits by a variety of Spokane Valley organizations, including Valleyfest, SCOPE and SCRAPS.

The event is on the first floor of the mall, near the J.C. Penney entrance.
