Macomber on the attack

Arthur Macomber, the Hayden Lake Tea Party all-star, came out with guns ablazin’ in this flier that landed in my mailbox Thursday. You can see Rep. Luke Malek’s flier by clicking on the arrow above. In contrast to Macomber’s attack flier, Malek focuses on the constructive things he has done for Idaho.

Question: Which campaign style is most effective — negative, like Macomber’s flier, or positive, like Malek’s?
