Two teens arrested for armed robbery of Hico Village

Two people, one of them a 13-year-old boy, have been arrested for their suspected role in an armed robbery at the Hico Village on Barker Road on May 13.

Both people wore masks and displayed handguns during the robbery. Tips from the public helped identify the first suspect as 18-year-old Myles C. Siegel, according to a Spokane County Sheriff’s Office press release.

Siegel was arrested early Thursday morning after a search warrant was served at his home in the 17500 block of East Indiana. The second person, a 13-year-old boy, was arrested a few hours later at a residence in the 18600 block of East Bridgeport.

Detectives recovered the clothing worn in the robbery as well as several firearms, according to the press release. Two of the guns, a Ruger .44 Magnum Super Blackhawk and a Glock 32 .357, are believed to have been used in the robbery.

Both teens are facing a charge of first-degree robbery.
