College volleyball: CC Spokane completes regular season with victory

MOSES LAKE – Madison Schuh (Northwest Christian) had a match-high 10 kills Wednesday as Community Colleges of Spokane completed its Northwest Athletic Conference volleyball regular season with a 3-0 win at Big Bend (1-30, 0-16).

Sam Alumbres added 20 assists, and Bianca Sanchez and Kara Nitteberg (Central Valley) combined for 29 digs for CCS.

The Sasquatch (25-13, 12-4) finished third in the East Region and will open the NWAC tournament on Nov. 17 against Highline or Lower Columbia.
