Investigators need help identifying hit and run driver who injured a pedestrian

Investigators are searching for people who have information about a car that hit a man crossing the street on Sullivan Road just north of Sprague Avenue the night of Sept. 30.

The hit and run occurred just before 11:30 p.m. The vehicle, described by witnesses as a white Honda sedan, did not stop and sped away to the north. Though the car was described as a Honda, investigators recovered a Nissan vehicle logo from the scene, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

The pedestrian hit by the car was seriously injured. The Honda or Nissan involved in the crash would have front end, hood and/or windshield damage.
