What’s so great re: Sherman Ave?

As you know, Coeur d’Alene’s Sherman Avenue was named one of the nation’s 5 “Great Streets.” The American Planning Association made that announcement Monday. I agree that Sherman Avenue is swell. In fact, the entire waterfront and Sherman Avenue are great places to take visitors. Here’s my question:

Question: What do you like most/least about Sherman Avenue and downtown Coeur d’Alene?
