Head-on Careywood crash kills 2

A passenger and an unidentified driver in a northbound 1983 Oldsmobile were killed on Highway 95 at Careywood when their vehicle crashed head-on with a Peterbilt truck Tuesday night, closing the road for five hours. The accident occurred at 10:25 p.m. at Mile Post 453.3. Tasha L. Coffman-Saeburn, 31, of Eugene, Ore., was one of two people killed in the sedan. The male driver hasn’t been identified yet.  Truck driver Denis LeBrun, 55, of Mandeville, Quebec, and Marc Aruele, 55, of Pont-Rouge, Quebec, were both injured in the crash and taken to Kootenai Health. The Idaho State Police are seeking any one who may have seen the crash or the moments before or after the crash to contact its office at 208-209-8620.
