Police say robber flashed gun at South Hill Subway restaurant
Spokane police say a man with a handgun robbed a Subway restaurant on the South Hill on Thursday night, escaping with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Shortly before 9 p.m. the man entered the Subway at 3014 E. 29th Ave., displayed the gun and demanded money from the cashier, according to a police news release. No one was injured.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 5 feet 5 inches tall. He was wearing a ski mask and a dark-colored jacket.
