Tim Welsh, Frank Etter are quiet benefactors

Thanks for publishing a well-deserved profile and interview with Garco’s Tim Welsh. The article was illuminating but didn’t capture adequately the charitable nature of Tim and his Garco partner, Frank “Ginge” Etter.

Tim was a blessing to my former law partner, deceased lawyer Rocky Daly. His friendship and care of Rocky was symbolic of the goodness of Tim’s heart, a goodness that is passed-on regularly to those fortunate enough to be the beneficiary of Tim’s concern for and attention given to his friends.

A quiet benefactor, Tim and Ginge regularly help children who need a helping hand with school, assuring that they can secure through a quality education the bright futures that await them.
