Where have all the yard signs gone?

Berry Picker Donna emailed to ask: Where are all the political yard signs this fall:

“A question to you. At the gym on Monday, a fellow that I work out with said a friend of his had mentioned the almost total absence of any political signs for either Trump or Hilary. A trip from Hayden down 3rd Street and back up 4th Street yesterday was informative. There wasn’t 1 political sign … not one. There are 2 or 3 homes on west side of 4th just south of Prairie Ave. that always have every a sign for every Republican candidate running in area. I didn’t not see any signs even in side streets that I scanned. Not for any of the candidates. There is a billboard on Gov’t Way just north of Prairie for Vito Barbieri  (spelling?). Usually at southeast corner of Honeysuckle and Gov’t Way there are many signs. Not a one. I did see one Trump banner  on a tattoo parlor.”

After running errands today, Berry Picker Donna continued:

“Ran errands this p.m. Ended up going through Fairway Hills, Seltice Way to Post Falls and Prairie Avenue to home.  Saw 3 Souza, 3 Amador, two Wolfinger and two No for Judge Peterson and the word “devil” (“Demon Lord”) something on latter.”

Question: Something’s happenin’ here, what it is ain’t exactly clear. Any guesses why there’s few yard signs this year?
