CMR out of touch

As a lifelong voter with an independent nature, I have little patience for any politician of any party who fails to place character and ethics above party politics. Donald Trump’s failures of judgment and character have been well-documented and long known by any American who reads above a third-grade level, and yet political hacks like Cathy McMorris Rodgers spout their fealty to him because he has an “R” after his name.

She and others place party over country and fail to present any original ideas, let alone compromise to solve the nation’s problems. Cathy sells her soul to the “devil politic” to sustain her ego and maintain her office. I’m not certain her opponent is a better legislator, but he is certainly a better option than the status quo.

It’s cliche, but it is time for a change and CMR needs to find the same fate suffered by Tom Foley when people felt he was out of touch. Cathy is out of touch with reality and her district, except for a few months every two years when it is time to satiate her ego by re-election. Trump is irredeemable, and by association, so is CMR. Vote.
