Colfax, Oakesdale continue ranked No. 1 in state volleyball polls

Colfax and Oakesdale remained No. 1 in the their respective state volleyball rankings in polls released Monday.

In 2B, Colfax is joined by Northeast cohorts Wilbur-Creston (fifth) and Davenport (10th).

In 1B, Oakesdale is joined by Colton (fourth), Almira/Coulee-Hartline (fifth) and Odessa-Harrington (ninth).

Mead remained fourth in 4A after falling to No. 1-ranked and undefeated West Valley of Yakima in a five-set nonleague match last Friday at Mead.

In 3A, Mt. Spokane is eighth. Mercer Island remained at the top.

Archbishop Murphy is No. 1 in 2A with no area teams in the poll.

In 1A, Lakeside and Freeman are sixth and seventh respectively.
