WSU leaders failing

I would be completely embarrassed, if not chagrined entirely, if I were any of the administrative staff at WSU. A third student falls from a balcony due to drinking. Can those who teach others to problem solve not do so themselves?

Construct high, spiked rails around the balconies to start with, close frats, dorms, whatever it takes, or provide some suitable consequence to nix drunkenness by the immature. Whatever are adult leaders for if they don’t lead?
