The Gonzaga Prep football team, winless against two quality teams the first two weeks, dropped in the Associated Press rankings but remained in the top 10.

The Bullpups came in at seventh in the poll released Wednesday. Richland (2-0) remained atop the rankings.

Clarkston, West Valley, Colville, Asotin, Northwest Christian, Liberty, Davenport, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague, Almira/Coulee-Hartline, Odessa-Harrington and Touchet are other area teams in their respective rankings.
