Ringo Starr concert moves to INB

The Oct. 16 Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band concert in Spokane is moving from one side of the Spokane River to the other.

The show originally was scheduled at the Spokane Arena’s Star Theatre. Now it will be at the INB Performing Arts Center.

Tickets purchased for the Arena must be exchanged in advance for the INB. Call (800) 325-SEAT no later than Wednesday to arrange for new seats. Any remaining seat exchanges will be completed after this date and relocated to comparable areas.
