OLYMPIA — Almost every weekday during a legislative session has at least one group coming for a demonstration, protest or a concert on the Capitol Campus.

Thursday was Tartan Day, when residents of Scottish Heritage donned their kilts, grabbed their pipes and headed for thedomed  Legislative Building.
