Wrestling roundup: Justin Mason leads Mead to third straight win

Justin Mason pinned Richard Greaves in 57 seconds and the visiting Panthers (3-0) defeated the Tigers (0-3) 48-21 on in a Greater Spokane League dual on Thursday. Four forfeits by LC benefited University in the team scores.

University 51, North Central 23: Trey Stannard pinned his opponent in 0:46 and the Titans (3-1) defeated the Indians (2-2) in a dual. University recorded eight pins in the meet.

Mt. Spokane 47, Ferris 15: Mason Miethe pinned his Cameron Wilson in 0:33 and the Wildcats (3-0) defeated the Saxons (1-2) in a dual. Malachi Areta from Ferris pinned his opponent in 0:34.

Shadle Park 51, Gonzaga Prep 27: Klouse Albers pinned Micah Centenari in 1:56 and the visiting Highlanders (1-2) defeated the Bullpups (0-4) in a dual. Shadle Park finished the meet on a run of seven pins and a winning decision.
