Mead’s Maddie Lee named to 4A all-state volleyball first team

Outside hitter Maddie Lee from Mead was named to the Washington 4A all-state volleyball first team presented by the Washington State Volleyball Coaches Association and ClarkCountyToday.com.

Auburn Riverside’s Cailey Heilborn was named state 4A player of the year.

Mead’s Katherie NcEuen and University’s Rachel Schlect were named to the 4A second team, while Kate Budig (Gonzaga Prep), McKenna Russell (Mead), Paige Wollan (Central Valley), Emily Zink (Mead) and Ashlynn O’Keefe (Gonzaga Prep) were named as honorable mention.

Miahna Waters and Katie Maher of Mt. Spokane were named 3A first team.

Akon Aleu (Rogers), Lindsey Schmidt (Shadle Park) and Malina Ama (Mt. Spokane) were named as honorable mention.

Kelsey Nestegard of Pullman was named 2A first team.

Genesis Wilkinson (East Valley) was named to the second team, while Kayla McLaughlin and Lucy Gao (Pullman) were named honorable mention.

Lexi and Olivia Mikkelsen of Lakeside were named to the 1A first team.

Alisa Hansen (Freeman) was a second-team selection, while Keeley Morrison (Lakeside), Rhea Jansen (Freeman), Taylor Tarble (Deer Park), Kora Pitts (Colville) and Alleana Gallagher (Lakeside) were named honorable mentions.

4A All-State Team
