Key moment

Gonzaga took command with a 17-5 spurt early in the first half. Johnathan Williams and Killian Tillie combined for 15 of the 17 points as the Zags stretched a 10-9 lead to 27-14. IUPUI trailed by at least 10 points the rest of the way.

Offensive player of the game

Killian Tillie didn’t start for the first time this season, but the sophomore forward got busy shortly after entering early in the first half. Tillie scored a career-best 27 points on 8-of-12 shooting. He was active inside, resulting in 10 free throw attempts. He made all 10.

Defensive player of the game

Redshirt freshman center Jacob Larsen logged just 12 minutes but he was solid at both ends of the court. He blocked one shot and re-directed a couple of more when IUPUI players drove into the lane. He also grabbed two defensive boards.
