Follow Cowboy Commandments

Gene Autry was a shining example for millions during his 91 years of life. I recently read about Gene’s Cowboy Commandments. If Donald Trump could possibly read and follow those commandments, it might give millions more of our citizens a more positive and hopeful view of the next four years.

These commandments are especially relevant here. 1. Never take unfair advantage of anyone. 2. Be kind to animals. 3. Be trustworthy. 4. Be truthful. 5. Have no racial or religious prejudices. 6. Be helpful to elders. 7. Be industrious. 8. Be respectful to womanhood. 9. Be patriotic. 10. Always have clean thoughts and speech.

One of my own would be speak to people face to face and don’t hide behind Twitter.
