All 4A subregional boys and girls basketball games postponed

All the 4A subregional boys and girls basketball games between Greater Spokane League and Mid-Columbia Conference teams for Wednesday have been postponed until Thursday.

Road conditions near the Tri-Cities has made travel to and from there hazardous, GSL secretary Herb Rotchford said. By mutual agreement the games were moved to Thursday - same times, same locations.

In 4A boys openers, Chiawana is at Ferris at 6; Lewis and Clark, a play-in winner Tuesday, visits Richland at 5; Central Valley goes to Walla Walla at 5; and Hanford, a play-in winner Tuesday, is at Gonzaga Prep at 7:15.

In 4A girls openers, Walla Walla visits Gonzaga Prep at 5; Mead, a play-in winner Tuesday, goes to Chiawana at 6; Lewis and Clark visits Richland at 7; and Pasco is at Central Valley at 5.

Also Thursday, the 3A subregionals resume.

In boys, Rogers, a winner Tuesday, goes to Mt. Spokane at 6 and North Central travels to Kennewick, also at 6.

In girls, Kennewick, a winner Tuesday, goes to North Central at 6 and Rogers travels to Southridge at 5:45.
