Spencer Erdman drove in three runs with a double and a triple and the Loyola Marymount Lions (4-4) breezed to a 7-3 victory over the Washington State Cougars (3-4) in nonconference baseball action in Los Angeles.
Catcher Cory Meyer and first baseman James Rudkin each had two hits for WSU.
David Wallum (0-1) took the loss for the Cougars. He allowed three earned runs on two hits and three walks in one inning of work.
