School delays in outlying areas because of wind chill

The Tekoa, Freeman and Moses Lake school districts all have two-hour start delays becuse of weather conditions.

In addition there is no morning preschool or breakfast programs in those districts.

The National Weather Service issued a wind chill warning for much of Eastern Washington and North Idaho through 10 a.m. Wednesday, with wind chills of -10 to -15 expected.
