Man found dead in pool of blood on north Spokane sidewalk
Spokane police are investigating the suspicious death of man found on sidewalk in northeast Spokane.
The man, who was in his 30s, was found before 6 a.m. in the 500 block of East Crown Avenue “with a large amount of blood” near his body, said Spokane Police Officer Teresa Fuller. The location is about a block northeast of NorthTown mall.
Investigators are working the area now, questioning neighbors. Police have not determined a cause of death.
“We’re looking at all possibilities,” Fuller said.
