Crews searching for man who fell in Snake River

Associated Press

PARMA, Idaho – Search crews say they are still searching for a 42-year-old man who reportedly fell out of a boat and into the Snake River over the weekend.

The Canyon County Sheriff’s office says the man – who has not been identified – was last seen Sunday floating on his boat along the Snake River near Gold Island, between Canyon and Malheur counties. Officials added that the man was not wearing a life vest.

Malheur Sheriff’s office and Caldwell Marine Patrol are assisting in the search.
