Liberty Lake man injured in Monday crash dies

A Liberty Lake man injured in a crash south of Coeur d’Alene on Monday died of his injuries Friday.

Glenn Davis, 68, was parked on the southbound right shoulder in a construction zone on U.S. Highway 95 near Cougar Gulch Road, according to Idaho State Police. Davis attempted to make a left turn from the shoulder and turned in front of a southbound Toyota Previa driven by 31-year-old Sviatoslav Nesteruk of Spokane.

Nesteruk and Davis’ passenger, 70-year-old Cheryl Davis of Nine Mile Falls, were not injured. All three were wearing their seat belts.

Glenn Davis was taken to Kootenai Health, where he died Friday.
