Gonzaga’s Nigel Williams-Goss is one of 15 finalists for the Wooden Award, presented to college basketball’s most outstanding player.

The Wooden Award released its final ballot on Saturday, trimming its list from 20 to 15. Williams-Goss averages 16.3 points, but he’s averaged 19 in the last five games.

The junior guard leads the Zags in assists (4.8), steals (1.7) and free-throw percentage (90.9). He’s fourth in rebounding (5.6).

The Pac-12 has four finalists: UCLA’s Lonzo Ball, Oregon’s Dillon Brooks, Washington’s Markelle Fultz and Arizona’s Lauri Markkanen. The ACC and Big 12 both have three finalists.

Kansas, represented by Frank Mason III and Josh Jackson, is the only school with two finalists.

Voting will take place from March 13-20. Fans may vote at woodenawardvote.com.
