North Idaho College softball wins one, loses one
North Idaho College scored three runs in the sixth inning with Nikki Miller slugging a home run and North Idaho College defeated West Virginia Wesleyan 4-3 on Sunday before losing 10-9 to Kalamazoo Valley in Clemont, Florida.
Miller had three hits in the first-game victory with McKenzie Brittos (1-0) getting the win and Kayla Moore the save.
North Idaho College scored two runs in the 10th but fell short in the second game. Kayla Curtan had three hits and Kalyna Korok four RBIs for the Cardinals (4-2).
