LCD Soundsystem to replace Frank Ocean at Sasquatch! Music Festival
Famed dance-rock trio LCD Soundsystem will headline the first night of the Sasquatch! Music Festival, replacing R&B singer Frank Ocean, who had to drop out due to production delays beyond his control, according to a press release.
The James Murphy-fronted band will perform May 26. LCD Soundsystem previously performed at Sasquatch! in 2010.
In other lineup changes, Portland’s Blitzen Trapper will replace singer Benjamin Clementine on May 27, and Jay Som, the project of songwriter Melina Duterte, will replace ambient pop band Cigarettes After Sex on May 28.
Sasquatch! Music Festival will be held May 26-28 at the Gorge Amphitheatre, 754 Silica Road NW, George, Washington.
