European Wax Center to open in Spokane Valley

European Wax Center is opening a Spokane Valley location.

The grand opening is from 3 to 6 p.m. Monday. The store is at 506 N. Sullivan Road in the Starbucks Plaza.

The franchise owners are Tami and Dave Cavanaugh, who said they discovered the company during a 2010 visit to the San Francisco Bay area.

“We have visited European Wax Centers all over the country and we really missed having one here,” Tami Cavanaugh said.

European Wax Center, which specializes in hair removal services, has more than 650 locations throughout the United States. The company was founded by siblings David and Josh Coba in 2004.
