A Milwaukee company is releasing a new bobblehead to commemorate the Gonzaga Bulldogs’ inaugural trip to the Final Four last season.

National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum will have the limited edition Gonzaga bobblehead available for purchase online beginning Friday.

The bobblehead has the likeness of Gonzaga’s mascot, Spike the Bulldog, standing on a base that is designed to resemble a newspaper. The base features a photo of Spike next to the headline, “Zags reach Final Four for first time!”

In April, the Zags, who suffered only one loss in the regular season, appeared in the Final Four for the first time in program history. They beat South Carolina 77-73 in the semifinal at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, before falling 71-65 to North Carolina in the championship game.

The bobbleheads cost $40, not including a flat rate shipping charge of $8 per order.

The company has made only 216 available online. Fans can go to store.bobbleheadhall.com to order.
