Gonzaga’s Johnathan Williams selected WCC player of week

Gonzaga’s Johnathan Williams, who averaged 23.3 points and seven rebounds at the PK80 tournament in Portland, has been named the WCC player of the week.
Williams posted his first double-double of the season with 39 points and 12 rebounds in a double-overtime loss to Florida on Friday.
The senior forward made 64.3 percent of his shots in three tournament games. He was 16 of 22 from the field against Florida.
Williams was also selected to the PK80 Motion Bracket’s All-Tournament team.
