Doug Wojcik, a special assistant to Gonzaga head coach Mark Few in 2015-16, has been hired as an assistant at East Carolina, the American Athletic Conference school announced Friday.

Wojcik has 25 years of coaching experience. He compiled a 178-121 record in head coaching stints at Tulsa (2005-2012) and College of Charleston (2013-14).

Former Washington State head coach Ken Bone was a special assistant to Few last season, but he has moved to the Seattle area.
