Home builders association announces 2017 Fall Festival of Homes

The Spokane Home Builders Association has announced its Fall Festival of Homes will be Sept. 29-Oct. 1 and Oct. 6-8.

The 13th annual event is the largest new-home construction showcase in the Inland Northwest and will feature 28 homes constructed by 19 Spokane builders, according to an association news release. The homes, which will be open for free tours 10 a.m.-5 p.m. each day, will range in price from $199,900 to $800,000 and are located throughout greater Spokane.
