From staff reports

Jaret Anderson-Dolan is returning to the Spokane Chiefs.

The talented forward was assigned to his Western Hockey League club by the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings, where Anderson-Dolan was participating in preseason.

Anderson-Dolan was drafted in the second round (No. 41 overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft by the Kings and by all accounts had an impressive first NHL camp. Longtime former Chiefs coach Don Nachbaur is an assistant coach with the Kings. Anderson-Dolan signed a three-year entry level contract with the Kings on Monday.

The just-turned 18-year-old scored 39 goals with 37 assists in 72 games last season for the Chiefs.
