Force-fed: Denny’s teams up with Star Wars for new ‘Solo’ menu

Denny’s is collaborating with Lucasfilm to offer new menu items inspired by “Solo: A Star Wars Story.”

Look for Co-Reactor Pancakes with strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a side of Crystal Crunch Rocks. Pour warm citrus sauce over the pancakes and they will react with crackles and pops.

Or, add those Crystal Crunch rocks to a milkshake.

The Blaster Fire Burger features chipotle gouda cheese, bacon and spicy ghost pepper sauce. Other new menu items include the Two Moons Skillet and Denny’s Lightspeed Slam.

“Solo: A Star Wars Story,” directed by Ron Howard, opens nationwide May 25 and stars Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, Paul Bettany, Alden Ehrenreich and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Net proceeds from the sale of $3 packs of 12 “Star Wars” trading cards, another collaboration with Denny’s, will benefit No Kid Hungry. The promotion runs through June 26.
