Up North Distillery’s Honey Spirits wins best of category in the American Distilling Institute 2018 Spirits Competition

Up North Distillery won best of category along with a gold and other medals at the recent American Distilling Institute 2018 Spirits Competition.
The Post Falls distillery took top honors in the specialty spirit category for its Honey Spirits, made solely from Idaho honey. Up North makes mead then distills the honey wine into a naturally gluten-free spirit with an essence of honey. The same product also won a gold medal in the competition.
Up North Distillery also won a silver medal for its 3 Year Apple Brandy and bronze medals for its Apple Brandy, Big Kid Cider and Barrel Reserve Honey Spirits.
