Baseball roundup: Drew Richardson powers Shadle Park past Lewis and Clark

Drew Richardson hit a game-tying, three-run home run in the seventh inning and Shadle Park went on to beat Lewis and Clark 9-7 in 9 innings of Greater Spokane League action at Hart Field on Wednesday.

Richardson totaled four hits.

Cusick 7, Selkirk 6 (game 1): Tanner Shanholtzer had three hits with two RBIs and the Panthers edged the Rangers in the first game of a Northeast 1B doubleheader.

Shanholtzer also pitched the seventh inning to earn the save.

Cusick 5, Selkirk 2 (game 2): Jed Cupp got the win with four innings of scoreless relief and the Panthers downed the Rangers in the second game.
