Northern Quest hosts Active Living Expo this weekend

An Active Living Expo runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Northern Quest Resort & Casino.

Geared to people ages 55 and older, along with their families, the expo will feature healthy living, travel, leisure, retirement planning, and educational seminars. It also offers a yoga demonstration, wine tasting and more than 40 exhibitors.

Admission is $5, with a portion donated to Meals on Wheels of Spokane.

Speakers include Cheryl-Anne Millsap, travel correspondent, The Spokesman-Review; Lynn St. Louis, attorney, Elder Law Group; Linda Stejkal, yoga teacher; Dr. Ian Riddock, a cardiovascular disease specialist with MultiCare Rockwood Clinic; and Rob Curley, editor of The Spokesman-Review.
