Baseball: Josh Grimes scattered four hits across five innings and visiting Gonzaga Prep (11-3, 10-2) defeated Ferris (7-7, 6-6) 7-4. Connor Coballes added three hits for G-Prep.
Soccer: Steve Baiye scored twice, including the go-ahead goal in the 88th minute, and visiting Clarkton (7-3-0, 5-2-1-1) beat West Valley (3-10-0, 2-7-0-0) 2-1.
Golf: The third Northeast A golf match ended with a Freeman sweep as the Scotties won on both the boys and girls sides.
Tennis: With the weather cooperating, tennis was in full swing throughout the area.
