Boys soccer roundup: Jared Mehaffey had two goals, Lewis and Clark beats University in overtime

Jared Mehaffey had two goals, one on a penalty kick, and Lewis and Clark defeated visiting University in overtime 5-4 at Hart Field in a Greater Spokane League game.

The Tigers won on a Titans own goal in the 90th minute.

Lewis and Clark stayed at the top of the GSL with the win.

Central Valley 6, North Central 1: Isaac Saitoti scored two goals and the Bears beat the Indians at Dwight Merkel.

Mead 2, Shadle Park 1: Kaden Evans scored in the 44th minute from a Kyler Willard assist and the Panthers defeated the Highlanders at Dwight Merkel.

Ferris 2, Rogers 1: Liam Kelly scored the go-ahead goal in the 27th minute and the Saxons beat the visiting Pirates.

Gonzaga Prep 4, Mt. Spokane 0: Jacob Hughes scored two goals and the Bullpups blanked the visiting Wildcats. Isaiah Damschen recorded a shutout with five saves.
