Downtown office building near county government campus purchased
The Monroe Court building, 901 N. Monroe St., has been sold to an unidentified buyer.
A $6.1 million loan was provided by iBorrow, which describes itself as a private direct lender for commercial real estate.
The 71,000-square-foot building was built in 1952 and remodeled in 1992. Its most recent tax assessment reflects a value of more than $6.7 million.
The building sits near the Spokane County government campus. Many of its tenants are government agencies. According to a statement from the lender, the building is two-thirds full. It has about 125 parking spaces in a surface parking lot.
