The 22nd-ranked Cougars (3-0) held Minnesota (3-1) to six shots during Sunday’s 2-0 win in Minneapolis.

Minniss also scored her first collegiate goal during the victory. Minniss has played all 271 minutes for the Cougars this season.

WSU will play at Nebraska on Friday.

The Vandals (1-2) will travel to Missoula this weekend to play North Dakota on Friday and Vermont on Sunday.
